Ali Kazim
Ali Kazim (b.1979, Pattoki. Lives and works in Lahore) creates layered, textured watercolours, as well as drawings, ceramic works and prints. Critically acclaimed internationally, his imagery is deeply rooted in South Asia’s visual and material culture. Kazim received his BFA from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2002 and MFA from the Slade School of Fine Art, London in 2011.
